This policy explains how Travel Hero ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit travelhero.com.hk. We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you email us, join the waitlist or ask a trip question, we receive your email address and anything you write.

Website usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not give us your name or email address.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to let you know when Travel Hero launches, and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Usage data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and waitlist details until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
